The Stuckey Room is our main meeting space within Great Bow Wharf. It is a large and flexible space, suitable for a wide range of events/meetings. Our entire building is wheelchair accessible and with fully equipped disabled toilets.

Whilst we have no standard parking on site, there are 2 disabled spaces and we are easily located, just a short walk from the town centre car parks.

The Stuckey Room is available to hire for your meeting or event at the hourly rate of £19.50 +VAT, or £15 +VAT for charitable/community organisations. We are always happy to negotiate pricing, particularly for multiple bookings and those starting a new venture.

For each room hire, we can set the room in a number of ways eg:

• Theatre style
• Boardroom style 
• Workshop style
• Cafe style

We offer free Wi-Fi with a superfast broadband connection.

Access to a full range of catering options, or self service if you are on a budget.

For more formal meetings we have the following equipment availiable:

• LCD projector & screen
• Flipchart with paper & pens
• Hot water flasks
• Cups, mugs, water glasses, spoons and jugs

Additional services include:

• Printing (up to A3)
• Laminating (A5, A4, A3)
• Copying
• Scanning
• Shredding
• Guillotining
• Provision of stationery (at cost)
