Background & History

I Moved to Huish Episcopi 2 years ago from the Winchester area . My Background is in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Sales and Marketing, Property Development and Management and Financial Control. I have been involved with Church Councils, Youth Development and Voluntary organisations for a number of years in Hampshire, prior to moving to the Langport area.

Involvement

I was invited to become a Trustee for The Warehouse Trust, incorporating The Great Bow Wharf, last year and see much development and improvement to a great local facility for the Community and Business in a thriving Town. The current Trust members have been a great help in providing background of The Great Bow Wharf and I hope to emulate their dedication and commitment.

Goals for the Trust 

To support the work of the Trust and Maintain a strong Local presence at Great Bow Wharf and  possible expansion/links to other local Community projects. 

To fulfill the Charity Objectives and be visible to the community and encourage participation and use of the facilities.

To maintain financial controls to ensure cost effective access for business and community users.

What I bring to the Trust 

A commitment to listen and question proposed expansion and work on feasible projects which are cost effective and sustainable financially.

Work with the other Trustees and Management Company to maximise efficient use of resources.
